High Welfare, Quality Meat
We source our meat from local, high welfare producers, who maintain a high level of responsibility for traceability and sustainability.

Our sausages and charcuterie are made from the finest, rare bread animals such as Dexter, Wagyu and Gloucester Old Spots.

We only use the finest cuts, and no offal or nasty bits find their way into our sausages.
Supporting other small businesses
We like to use local producers where possible, and do our best to stock a hand chosen range of Sheffield's finest products in our small shop. From local honey and chilli sauce to small batch roasted coffee, we have a great selection.

Re-defining Processed Food
We do not use any nasty preservatives, artificial colourings, additives or emulsifiers. We don't need to provide you with a list of e-numbers because we don't use any.
The only preservatives we use are natural ones such as salt and honey, while our emulsions are created by careful control of content, temperature and mixing technique.

Sustainability
We try to use plastic free, reusable and recycled products whenever we can. We try to source our ingredients from local businesses as much as possible and are committed to reducing energy waste.
Food Safety
We are proud of our 4 star hygiene rating. Unfortunately in order to gain 5 stars we would need to make some structural changes to the building, which we are not allowed to do.
