We hand produce a core range of bestsellers in addition to a selection of weekly specials available in our small shop. We only use the best, high welfare, locally reared meat, in addition to the highest quality seasonal ingredients we can source. We don't use any unnatural additives, emulsifiers or nasty chemicals associated with processed foods.
The only preservatives we use in our products are natural ones like honey and salt.
